For Viasat we created an app-like e-commerce solution, allowing them to run multiple campaigns concurrently, with complete control over pricing, add-ons and every little detail down to the fine disclaimer print.
Viasat is in constant competition with other TV providers to provide the best sports, movies, shows and on-demand streaming services. Because of this they need to have complete control over channels, packages, installation offers and more, as well as the option to plan and setup campaigns in advance. With their new setup, Viasat now have control over it all through an extensive C1 CMS backend, which means they spend less time talking to developers and more time optimizing and selling their product. The shop integrates with Viasat’s own CRM and ERP systems as well as an Experian credit lookup for all new customers. DIBS is planned to provide a payment gateway with a new MobilePay option out-of-the-box. The solution was developed 100% by Acto, where we handled Design, UX and frontend/backend development.
